Our name, our palette, and our spirit are inspired by our five Weimaraners — the silver-blue companions who fill our home and our hearts every single day. To our family, they are not just dogs. They are ethereal, deeply connected, and utterly magical — a breed unlike any other. Their luminous gray coats, soulful amber eyes, and almost otherworldly presence have always felt like something pulled straight from moonlight.
When it came time to name this brand, there was never any question. Moonbeam Gray was born from them.

Return Policy
We want you to love every piece you receive from Moonbeam Gray Refinery. Here’s how our returns work:
Jewelry (All Collections)
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery based on tracking information. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Because jewelry is personal in nature, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, store credit or a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Pamper Edit
Due to the personal care nature of Pamper Edit products, all items must be 100% unopened and in original, sealed condition to qualify for a full store credit. We are unable to accept returns on any opened or used Pamper Edit items. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: opened Pamper Edit products, items showing signs of wear or damage, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
